Further Information / Conditions

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

• The rooms / suites are available from 15h00 the day of arrival until 21h00 (please inform us if you arrive later).
• At the day of departure the rooms must be left at latest 11h00.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION :

• Reservation by Email, Fax or Phone. The hotel management will do every effort to respond as fast as possible to your request and confirm your reservation if rooms are available.
• We ask for a pre-payment / deposit of 30% of the value of your stay. 1 night deposit for stays of 3 nights or less.
• The following payment options are accepted: credit cards, cash or wire transfer (if payment in advance)
• Cancellations of a reservations must be done in written by mail, fax or email.
• Animals are not allowed in the hotel.
• All rates are in Euros, per room and night, sales tax included.
• All rates are subject to modifications and can be updated at any time and without notice.

 CANCELLATION FEES:

• In case of a cancellation more than 15 days before the start of your journey, the total amount already paid can be refunded.
• In case of a cancellation between 0 and 15 days before the start of your journey, 100% of the reservation amount is due.

Due to the strong request in certain periods of the year, we recommend an early reservation of your stay with us.
